Maya Rolls out New Fall Menu

Maya this week announced their new fall menu which offers authentic Mexican fall flavors with options for everyone, including a nearly entirely gluten-free menu.
New fall dishes include:
- Fall Salad with sliced Apple, Chipotle Honey Vinaigrette, Toasted Pecan Crumble, and Red Onion
- Cauliflower Tacos with Guacamole, Cotija Cheese, Pico De Gall, and Pumpkin Seed
- Chile Relleno with Pan Fried Poblano, Squash and Ricotta Filling, Fried Sage, Spiced Almond Crumble, Calabaza Suiza
The re-vamped beverage menu includes seasonal options such as:
- Everything Nice, Gin, cranberry cinnamon syrup, lemon
- Speak of the Devil, Tequila, cucumber, jalapeño, lime, agave
- Flight to Oaxaca, Mezcal, aperol, falernum, lime, fire tincture
