Mumford & Sons to Play in Simpsonville
English folk rockers Mumford & Sons will be playing at the Charter Amphitheatre in Simpsonville on September 11th, 2013. The Vaccines and Bear’s Den will serve as openers. The show will be part of “The Full English Tour”.
Tickets for the concert are “Invitation On Sale” – this means fans will need to register to receive an invite. You can register here. Registration is open until July 3rd and invites will be sent out starting July 8th.
Tickets are $50 for general admission pavilion or $35 for general admission lawn.
Mumford & Sons are currently one of the most popular bands in both the United Kingdom and the United States. Both of their albums have gone multi-platinum in each country.
Songs like “The Cave,” “Little Lion Man,” and “I Will Wait” performed well in each country as well.
The band’s second album, Babel, debuted at # 1 in the US and UK and won the 2013 Grammy Award for Album of the Year.
