New Italian Restaurant on King Street Set for Saturday Opening

The Charleston City Paper is reporting that Indaco will open at 526 King Street this Saturday. The restaurant will serve “rustic Italian fare” from Executive Chef Robert Berry.

Some of the other names behind Indaco:

• Managing Partner: Steve Palmer
  
• General Manager: Andrew Fallis
• Bartender: Lisa Hartman

Also of note – Indaco is part of the Indigo Road Restaurant Group, which includes The Cocktail Club, The Macintosh, Oak Steakhouse, O-Ku and more.
