Radio Veteran and Local Comedian Team Together on Kinetic HiFi

Veteran morning radio personality Charlie James has partnered with local actor and comedian Steven Cardinal to launch a new, 2 hour show Fridays at 5:00pm on Charleston’s Kinetic HiFi. The Cardinal James Show mixes local commentary with biting humor and scathing parodies.

James, winner of The Academy of Country Music Award for Radio Personality of the Year and The South Carolina Broadcasters Association Award for Radio Show of the Year, and most recently the morning voice for Kickin’ 92.5 FM, said, “We are building a show that is fun to do and we work hard to make sure it’s fun to listen to. This is the ultimate case of ‘What would you do if you could do anything you wanted?’”

The Cardinal James Show focuses on the Charleston scene, from the incredible music and theater to the amazing food and beverage industry, and features interviews with local experts, music from up and coming indie artists, and the brainy wit of the 2 hosts.
