Fee-Waived Adoptions During This Weekend’s Barktoberfest

The Charleston Animal Society currently has more than 700 local animals in desperate need of a new home and now is the perfect time for you to provide that to them. That’s because this weekend is Barktoberfest, which is one of the biggest adoption events of the year.

There will be four adoption locations open over the next three days with plenty of lovable pets who would love a forever home. Each location will be offering fee-waived adoptions through Sunday.

Your future best friend can be found at:

• The Charleston Animal Society (all weekend)
• PetSmart stores in West Ashley and Mount Pleasant (all weekend)
• The Charleston Farmer’s Market (Saturday only)
