Hootie & The Blowfish to Play the PAC on March 22nd

In conjunction with “The Hootie at Bulls Bay Intercollegiate Golf Tournament”, Hootie & the Blowfish will hold a concert at the North Charleston Performing Arts Center on March 22nd at 8:15 pm. Tickets go on sale this Monday at 10 am.

The event is one of only three performances the band will have this year (the other two shows are usually their Homegrown Concert at the Family Circle Stadium in August). The band’s official Twitter account originally posted about the show this morning, but deleted the tweet shortly thereafter. The Ticketmaster page is still available though.

“The Hootie” tournament will take place from March 24th until the 27th at the Bulls Bay Golf Club at 995 Bulls Bay Drive in Awendaw. The event features some of the best collegiate golf programs in the country. This year’s field includes:

• Charleston Southern University
• University of Akron
• University of North Carolina
• University of Virginia
• Duke University
• Georgia Regents Univ-Augusta
• University of Kentucky
• North Carolina State University
