2014 “Hope on Goat” Benefits Louie’s Kids

The 5th Annual “Hope on Goat” is set for March 15th from 2 pm until 6 pm at Goat Island Gatherings.

This year, the event will benefit Louie’s Kids, a Charleston-based, national nonprofit that helps treat childhood obesity.

Admission includes:

• Boat shuttles running to and from the Isle of Palms Marina throughout the entire event
• Fresh local oysters steamed over an open fire
• Homemade, locally-caught fish stew
• Hot dogs
• Desserts
• Water
• A children’s area
• Local live music from Scottie Frier, Southern Flavor Bluegrass Band, Derek Cribb and the Ramblers with Ben Edwards and Kevin Austin

There will also be a silent auction.

Tickets are $45.00 each, but children under 12 are free. They may be purchased in advance at LouiesKids.org or at the welcome table at the Isle of Palms Marina the day of the event.
