RiverDogs, Palmetto Brewery Team Up for “Original” Beer
It’s always fun when a couple Holy City businesses team up to create a product or event, and it’s even more exciting when groups join together on a beer-related project.
The Charleston RiverDogs and Palmetto Brewery have done just that by joining forces to create a special beer brewed exclusively for consumption at Joseph P. Riley, Jr. Park. That drink, “The Original,” made its debut during last night’s game against the Rome Braves.
According to Palmetto Brewery’s official drink description, “The Original” is a “light and balanced beer without dark roots or bitterness. It is sunlight dried straw in color and features a lightly malty palate. (It) is also described as an adventurous blonde with a clean crisp tangerine aroma and a neat finish along with a slight hint of lemongrass.”
“The Original” will be available in the Palmetto Brewery Beer Garden throughout the remainder of the season. Click here for more information.
