Consider yourself lucky if you haven’t heard the song “#SELFIE” by The Chainsmokers, because it’s terrible. Sure, it’s mildly humorous, but let’s be honest, it’s awful.

Thankfully, Charleston’s own DJ Natty Heavy has created a version of the song that Holy City residents will find much funnier. He put together a Charleston remix of “#SELFIE,” which you can listen to below.

The song features someone named Desiree playing the role of the ditzy, self-absorbed narrator. She ponders what Holy City hotspots to hit before deciding she must first take a selfie. If you are at all familiar with Charleston nightlife, you’ll get a kick out of it.

You may have heard the song played on local radio station 95SX, but now you can listen to it over and over again. I’ll tell you more, but first….let me take a selfie!
