Charleston: One of the “Most Amazing Places Uncle Sam Could Send You”

The Huffington Post created a list of the “15 Most Amazing Places Uncle Sam Could Send You,” a collection of the best locales U.S. military personnel could be stationed. It should be no surprise that Charleston was included on the list.
The Holy City’s Joint Base was placed in the 12th spot, just after the Morón Air Base in Seville, Spain. The Marine Corps Base in Oahu, Hawaii topped the list. By the way, Savannah’s Hunter Army Airfield was placed in the # 6 spot.
