SPICY! (Drinks Edition)

This past Saturday I shared the Charleston City Paper’s article about spicy dishes in the Holy City and now they are featuring cocktails that bring the heat.

Featured in the article: The Gin Joint, The Cocktail Club, Belmont, and Voodoo Tiki Bar & Lounge. In fact, they mentioned my favorite Cocktail Club drink, the Double Standard (it’s the smaller drink on the right). The drink consists of serrano-infused gin, cucumber vodka blended with cucumber, water, ginger syrup, celery bitters, cilantro and a slice of serrano pepper.
