Walk to End Alzheimer’s on September 20th

The 2014 Walk To End Alzheimer’s will be held at the Charleston Harbor Resort & Marina on Saturday, September 20th. Registration begins at 8 am while the 3-mile walk starts at 9 am.

The Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s is the world’s largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care, support and research. The event is held annually in more than 600 cities nationwide, including several in South Carolina.

It’s free to register for the event, but all walkers are encouraged to donate or raise money. Anyone that raises $100 or more will receive a Walk T-shirt. The event will include vendors and a DJ. Plus, it’s family friendly.
