Dogtoberfest Returns To Freshfields Village

The 8th Annual Dogtoberfest: Dogs, Dine and Wine returns to Freshfields Village on Saturday, Oct. 18 from 1 pm until 5 pm.

The event is free to attend and includes:

• Meet-and-greets with local rescue groups
• Wine tastings ($15 per ticket, includes a commemorative glass)
• Beer from Frothy Beard Brewery Company
• Food trucks
• Live entertainment
• Vendors
• a Pet costume contest
• Blessing of the animals
• Prizes and giveaways

Proceeds from the event benefit pet rescue organizations like: Shih Tzus and Furbabies, Grateful Goldens Rescue, Greyhound Pets of America, Carolina Coonhound Rescue, Pet Helpers, Water’s Edge Animal Rescue, Lowcountry Lab Rescue and King Charles Cavalier Spaniel Rescue.
