The Macintosh’s “Southern Chef Series” Kicks Off On October 21st

Chef Jeremiah Bacon of The Macintosh will host a series of fall roasts featuring some of the nation’s top southern chefs on the patio of his King Street restaurant.

The “Southern Chef Series” will include Chef Kevin Gillespie from Atlanta’s Gunshow, Chef Vish Bhatt of Snack Bar in Oxford (MS), and Chef Steven Satterfield of Miller Union in Atlanta. Each chef will work with Chef Bacon to create a family-style meal that will have been predominantly cooked on the outside grill. Each roast will also include beverage pairings.

The schedule is as follows:

• Tuesday, October 21st: Chef Kevin Gillespie
• Wednesday, November 19th: Chef Vish Bhatt
• Wednesday, December 3rd: Chef Steven Satterfield
