EVO Named One of the Nation’s Best Pizza Shops

Just one year ago, Thrillist chose EVO Pizzeria’s Mushroom & Sweet Onion pie as one of the “33 Best Pizzas in America,” and now, the website has tabbed the North Charleston restaurant as one of the Best Pizza Shops in the country.

Thrillist said EVO “focuses on simplicity and quality, and its crisp, yet tender-in-the-middle crusts and bounty of local ingredients land the Charleston spot” on the list. The website recommends trying a pesto-laden pie, saying the restaurant has “mastered the classic sauce.” You can see EVO’s entire menu here.
