ATOMACON Returns to the Holy City this Month

ATOMACON, a sci-fi, fantasy, and science media arts convention, will be in Charleston from November 14th until the 16th. The event will be held at the Charleston Plaza Hotel in North Charleston.

The convention describes itself as a “nonprofit educational corporation dedicated to creating awareness of, and appreciation for science fiction, fantasy, and science through related literary and other popular art forms.”

This year’s event feature:

• The Knightly Order of the Fiat Lux medieval reenactment group
• Greg French and Mike Mundy (walkers from The Walking Dead)

The convention’s hours are as follows:

• Friday, 11/14: 3 pm – Midnight
• Saturday, 11/15: 10 am – Midnight
• Sunday, 11/16: 10 am – 4 pm
