Oak Steakhouse Chosen as One of America’s Best
The Daily Meal recently tabbed Charleston’s Oak Steakhouse as the 48th Best Steakhouse in America. It was the only Holy City restaurant to make the list.
Much like it did last year, the website raves about Chef Jeremiah Bacon’s many menu options saying, “while the steak…is certainly the menu’s centerpiece, Bacon brings a farm-to-table approach to the entire menu, with standout dishes like housemade charcuterie, pan-seared sea scallops with smoked grapefruit purée, and a daily rotating seafood selection depending on what’s available at the market that morning.”
Despite having an identical review, Oak tumbled from the The Daily Meal’s 15th best steakhouse in 2013 to this year’s 48th ranking.
