Fish Hosts a Beaujolais Nouveau Fête on November 20th

10419609_10152642332939760_5343579534294359519_nOn Thursday, November 20th, Upper King Street’s Fish Restaurant will host a Beaujolais Nouveau Fête – complete with French musicians, a grape-stomp competition, giveaways, and of course, the first toasts of Beaujolais.

The party will also include:

  • Boudin & Merguez Sausages
  • Pommes Frites
  • French waffles (Gaufres Lyonnaise)
  • Glasses of Beaujolais Nouveau will be available for $3
  • Glasses of Beaujolais Cru will be available for $6 per glass or $45 per bottle

The Fête begins at 5:30 pm at 442 King Street. No reservations are needed. For more information, visit the Facebook event page.

If you were wondering – Beaujolais is a red wine made from Gamay grapes that is produced in the Beaujolais region of France.
