Quintin Washington of Quintin’s Close-Ups recently spoke with Charleston County Councilwoman Colleen Condon.
Besides being a councilwoman, Condon is also an attorney and recently made history when she and her fiance, Nichols Bleckley, became the first same-sex couple in South Carolina history to be issued a marriage license.
