The Macintosh’s “Greatest Hits Week” Begins Tomorrow
Starting tomorrow, The Macintosh will bring back some of their “greatest hits” from the past four years for guests to enjoy once again. The all-star dishes will be available through January 31st.
Chef Jeremiah Bacon and team some will have the following items:
- Octopus Panzanella
- Brandade with Alabama White Sauce
- Stone Crab Gnudi
- Braised Rabbit with Potato CakHot & Sour Pork Belly Soup
- Spicy Lamb Sausage with Fried Polenta
- Deckle
- Clam Pudding
- Carrot Salad
The Macintosh will also donate 10 percent of all sales of the clam pudding to Yes Carolina, a non-profit dedicated to teaching youth the principals of entrepreneurship and free enterprise.
