Bohemian Bull Taps Palmetto & Firefly for Beer & Cocktail Dinner

This Thursday at 7 pm, Bohemian Bull will host a Local Beer and Cocktail Dinner featuring the Palmetto Brewing Company and the Firefly Distillery.

The event will include a 5-course meal paired with a designated brew or cocktail. The menu includes:

• Welcome Cocktail
  • Moscow Mule with Palmetto Gingerslap and Firefly Vodka
• First Course
  • Shrimp Shumai with Green Curry Broth
  • Paired with Palmetto Hootie’s Homegrown Blonde
• Second Course
  • Pear and Brie Panini
  • Paired with Palmetto Colonel Rathburn Farmhouse
• Third Course
  • Fennel, Radiccio, and Parsley Salad with Golden Raisins, Spiced Walnuts and Citrus Vinaigrette
  • Paired with Island Rumset with Sea Island Gold Rum
• Fourth Course
  • Duck Confit Risotto with Bacon Lardons and Wild Mushrooms
  • Paired with Palmetto Nitro Amber
• Fifth Course
  • Salted Caramel Porter Float – made with Chocolate Ice Cream, Palmetto Espresso Porter, and Firefly Salted Caramel Moonshine

Tickets are $55 and include tax, gratuity and a ticket for a VIP Tour and Tasting at Palmetto Brewery. Tickets can be purchased at Bohemian Bull, Palmetto Brewery, Firefly Distillery, and online.
