Water Missions International Hosts “Walk For Water” this Saturday

This Saturday, Water Missions International, a locally-based charity, will host the 9th annual Walk For Water event at Brittlebank Park.

The fundraising event will be held in celebration of World Water Day. Participants will gather in the Holy City to walk 3.5 miles for those that walk that many miles every day to get water. You can register or donate to the cause online.

Water Mission International is a “nonprofit Christian engineering organization providing sustainable safe water and sanitation solutions for people in developing countries and disaster areas.”
