Revelry Beer Dinner This Sunday at The Granary

This Sunday (4/12), The Granary in Mt. Pleasant will host a Beer Dinner featuring the Revelry Brewing Company. The event will run from 6 pm to 9 pm.

Chef Brannon Florie has created a menu that pairs five courses with a selection of beers from the local brewery. Here’s a look at each:

Welcome Course

• House Charcuterie
• Poke the Bear Pale Ale
  

2nd course

• Razor Clam Pozole
• Gullah Cream Ale
  

3rd course

• Coddled Duck Egg
• Oh My Darlyn Barrel Aged Scotch Ale
  

4th course

• Venison Sweet Breads
• Midnight Special Oatmeal Stout
  

5th course

• Strawberry Goat Cheese Sorbet
• Funkmaster Brett & The Furious Hops IPA
