Month of Man Competition Kicks Off on May 1st

The first ever Month of Man competition will make its debut on May 1st. The month-long celebration of men will include 11 unique events and the shot at over $5,000 in cash and prizes.

On Purposes Adventures, which created the competition, says the goal is to create a sense of community and camaraderie between members that will foster friendships and competition for years to come. The group is also encouraging the men of Charleston to take part in philanthropic endeavors this month and beyond.

The Month of Man (M.o.M) is open to all males (18 and older) and will also include an exclusive online community where members register and record their accumulated points for daily activities, food challenges, event attendance and competitions at events. The website will include a leader board, calendar of events, and forums that only M.o.M members can participate in. For a full list of events, click here.

Plus, each member will receive a M.o.M ManCard, which allows them to get all discounts and perks throughout the month of May and some beyond that.

A portion of the event’s proceeds will be donated to the The CYDC Motorwork project and Amiable, a group a local businessmen doing good works in the Lowcountry.
