Tomorrow: Revelry Beer Dinner at Bohemian Bull

Tomorrow at 7 pm, Bohemian Bull will host a Local Beer Dinner featuring Revelry Brewing.

The event will feature a 4-course meal that will be paired with different brews. The menu is as follows:

• Welcome Brew
  • Funkmaster Brett IPA
• First Course
  • Sesame Fried Squid with Chilled Asian Noodle Salad
  • paired with French Farmhouse-Biere de Garde
• Second Course
  • Turkey Mole Tostada with Black Bean-Corn Salsa, Fresh Avocado, Pickled Chilis and Chipotle Crema
  • paired with Gullah Creme Ale
• Third Course
  • Short Rib Ravioli- Braised Beef and Mascarpone Cheese Stuffed Pasta with Mushroom Marsala and Toasted Pine Nuts
  • paired with Not So Crosstown Brown
• Fourth Course
  • Butterscotch Creme Brulee
  • paired with Oh My Darlin’ Bourbon Barrel Aged Scotch Ale
