The Alley Gives Back on Lowcountry Giving Day

On Tuesday, May 5th, a day also known as Lowcountry Giving Day, downtown sports bar The Alley will raise money for various local non-profit organizations.
For starters, The Alley will donate 25¢ per new Twitter and Instagram follower they receive during the day (up to $500). In addition, the business will donate a portion of all food and drink sales that day.
Proceeds will be go to the Alley’s core charities: the Ronald McDonald House of Charleston, First Tee of Greater Charleston, Florence Crittenton, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Carolina Youth Development Center, and Carolina Studios.
Since it that day is also Cinco de Mayo, The Alley will also have margarita and Tecate specials. Plus, Tyler Boone will perform from 5 pm to 8 pm.
The Alley is located at 131 Columbus Street.
