M.o.M Event: Primitive Skills Contest on 5/14

As you already know, the first ever Month of Man (M.o.M) is in full swing, but the competition is far from over. There are still plenty of events left with more than enough time to pass the current leaders.

The month-long celebration of men from On Purpose Adventures continues on Thursday, May 14th with the Primitive Skills Contest.

The event starts at 6 pm and includes:

• Fire starting (with instruction) via multiple methods
• Primitive spear/gig making and throwing Archery
  • You will receive the following points:
    • Attendance: 250 pts
    • Competition: 150 pts for each attempted
    • Performance per competition:
      • 1000 pts – 1st
      • 750 pts – 2nd
      • 500 pts – 3rd

The event is free for M.O.M Members to compete and spectate. Spectators are also encouraged to attend. Food and drink will be available to purchase and a post-competition bonfire is BYOB.
