WCKN (Kickin 92.5) Wins SCBA Station of the Year Award

Last weekend, WCKN (better known as Kickin 92.5) won the South Carolina Broadcasters Association‘s award for Station of the Year.

They were given the award during last Saturday’s State Television And Radio (STAR) Awards ceremony. According to the official website, the STAR awards recognize the “exceptional accomplishments of the state’s stations and their broadcast professionals.”

In case you didn’t know, I do a weekly segment with Kickin’s Morning Show team of Jessica Chandler and Andy Webb. You can hear it on Friday mornings around 7:45 am.
