Sponsor a Local Family’s Thanksgiving Meal Through Hamby Catering & Events

Talk about a win-win situation. This Thanksgiving, you can skip the cooking and cleaning altogether, while also providing a meal for local families in need.

Hamby Catering & Events is offering a pick-up menu this Turkey Day that can feed up to 8 people. The company’s “Gobble Gobble” Thanksgiving Package includes a whole roasted turkey with all the fixings – macaroni & cheese, sweet potatoes, green beans, cornbread and gravy. More importantly, every “Gobble Gobble” package purchased will help sponsor one Thanksgiving meal to a family in need through the Lowcountry Food Bank.

The “Gobble Gobble” Thanksgiving Package includes:

Traditional Whole Roasted Turkey (10-14 lbs.)

• Southern Macaroni & Cheese (64 oz.)
• Sweet Potato Soufflé (64 oz.) with brown sugar and pecan topping
• Green Beans Almandine (84 oz.)
• Cornbread Dressing (48 oz.)
• Giblet Gravy (1 pint)

The package is $147 and no substitutions are allowed. You also have the option to upgrade your the package for $15 to include a Bourbon-Smoked Turkey & Muscadine Chutney (1 pint) in lieu of the traditional roasted turkey. There is also a 17-item A La Carte Thanksgiving menu available.

All orders must be placed by noon on Friday, November 20th. Packages may be purchased by calling (843) 571-3103, emailing info@hambycatering.com, or placing an order online. Meals can be picked-up on  Wednesday, November 25th from 9 am to 6 pm.
