Chef’s Potluck Event is this Sunday

Potluck_event_header-1-600x178This Sunday is Lowcountry Local First’s 9th Annual Chef’s Potluck at Middleton Place. The popular fundraising event begins at 4 pm and includes sixteen chefs paired with local farmers, fishermen, and ranchers serving dishes with fresh, local ingredients.

Tickets to the event are all inclusive and include live music by Garage Cuban Band; local libations from Coast Brewing, Firefly, Cannonborough Beverage Co., Grassroots Wine and Palmetto Brewery; treats from Cirsea Ice Cream; and tastings from each chef. They may be purchased here.

Proceeds benefit Lowcountry Local First’s Eat Local Initiative which includes Dirt Works Incubator Farm, the Growing New Farmers Program, public educational campaigns, and their Farm Services.
