James Beard Foundation’s Taste America Tour Returns to Charleston
The James Beard Foundation’s 4th “Taste America” national culinary tour will stop in the Holy City for two days in November. Charleston is one of ten American cities that receive a visit.
Things kick off on Friday, November 4th at The Cedar Room inside The Cigar Factory with A Night of Culinary Stars, an exclusive dining event benefiting the James Beard Foundation. The evening begins with a walk-around tasting reception featuring cocktails and hors d’oeuvres from local chefs and restaurateurs. The reception is followed by a four-course dinner created by a Local Star Chef and Dan Barber, a multiple James Beard Award winner and Taste America All-Star.
