Johns Island Young Professionals to Hold Ugly Sweater Holiday Party to Benefit Underprivileged Students
On Friday, December 9th, The Johns Island Young Professionals will host an Ugly Sweater Holiday Party to benefit underprivileged students at Johns Island’s two elementary schools, Mount Zion and Angel Oak Elementary.Admission to the event is a new children’s toy (for ages 6-12) or $10, which will be used to purchase toys for the students. The Johns Island Young Professionals has partnered with each school to ensure that all toys will be given to a Johns Island child in need for Christmas.
The party will include live music from Charleston’s Sufferin’ Moses Duo. Attendees can purchase dinner from The Charleston Bird Food Truck.
