Quintin’s Close-Ups: Dwayne German

Quintin Washington of Quintin’s Close-Ups recently spoke with Denzel Curnell’s stepfather Dwayne German. Curnell died during a 2014 encounter with police. He was 19 years old at the time of his death. You can see the interview with German below.
