3rd Annual Good Catch Oyster Fest Scheduled for Early February
The Good Catch dinner series will host its third annual Oyster Fest on Friday, February 3rd at 6:30 pm. The event will be held at the South Carolina Aquarium.
Attendees will be able to enjoy “responsibly-farmed” oysters from Charleston’s St. Jude Farms. This year’s oysters are Otter Roaster oysters, which are harvested in the wild, pristine waters of the ACE Basin. The event will also include:
- Local beer from Holy City Brewing
- Live music from The Bluestone Ramblers
- Samplings from Good Catch partner restaurants
- Middleton Place Restaurant
- Short Grain
- The Boathouse Restaurant
All-inclusive tickets are $40 if purchased before January 20th. After the 20th, tickets are $45 (the price remains at $40 for Aquarium members). To purchase tickets call (843) 577-FISH (3474) or click here.
A portion of the event’s proceeds will support Good Catch, which “generates awareness and leads communities in support of healthy fisheries and consumption of responsibly harvested seafood.”
