Edmund’s Oast Welcomes Back Brooklyn Bartender for Tiki Takeover
On Friday, February 3rd, Edmund’s Oast welcomes bartender Stephen Palahach of Maison Premiere in Brooklyn, NY back to The Bower for another Tiki Takeover. The event starts at 5:30 pm.
Palahach will collaborate with Edmund’s Jayce McConnell on a menu of “fire and tropical cocktails” including popular drinks served at Maison Premiere like The USS Bomber and the Viking Fog Cutter.
Maison Premiere is an oyster house and cocktail bar that won last year’s James Beard Foundation award for Outstanding Bar Program.
