Butcher & Bee Raising Money For ‘Wich Doctor Owner

This week, Butcher & Bee is donating all proceeds from a new sandwich to The ‘Wich Doctor’s owner, operator, and chef Jeff Butler, who is dealing with some health issues. In addition to medical bills, the restaurant has had to remain closed during his absence.
After hearing about Butler’s ongoing recovery, B&B Owner Michael Shemtov wanted to find a way to donate to the cause. So, he added the Beef Belly Banh Mi sandwich (right) do the regular menu lineup. The item is $13 and is B&B’s take on banh mi with beef belly, miso mayo, slaw, jalapenos, herbs, sweet soy, and peanuts.
