Join The Cocktail Bandits for a “Charleston Maker Break” Workshop at Candlefish on Saturday, May 27th at 2 pm.

Attendees will learn how aroma plays a major factor in the enjoyment of beverages while the Cocktail Bandits lead you through the how-to’s of creating their signature Peninsula Tea Cocktail.

An expert Candlefish chandler will then help you create one essential oil candle evoking the same fragrance notes as the Bandits’ craft cocktail.

Each guest will take home one cocktail recipe card, one tea package, one palmetto rose garnish, one complimentary mini bottle of Firefly Sweet Tea Vodka, and one pass to the Firefly Distillery.  All candles need to set overnight and will be available for pick up at Candlefish the following day during normal business hours.

All workshop participants receive 15% off any in-store merchandise on the day of their class.  Workshops are BYOB and all glassware and bottle openers are provided.

Tickets are $65 and can be purchased here. Candlefish is located at 71 Wentworth Street.

The Cocktail Bandits are Johnny Caldwell and Taneka Reaves. Through their rapidly growing hospitality business and self-titled blog, the duo promotes female empowerment through advocacy for the food and beverage community from a feminine, urban perspective. Be sure to visit their blog here.
