The Bend to Host Marsh Jam on June 1st

The Bend, a 17-acre property on the banks of the Ashley River, will present Marsh Jam, an outdoor performance featuring local musicians, comedians, and storytellers on Thursday, June 1st. The free event will run from 6 pm to 10 pm.

Marsh Jam will feature the following acts (in order of appearance):

• 6 pm – R&B singer and songwriter Poppy Native

• 6:40 pm – Comedian Jeremy McLellan

• 7:00 pm – Blues rock band Honey Smoke

• 8:30 pm – Comedian Jeremy McLellan

• 8:40 pm – Hip-hop artist Tyler Cash

• 9:15 pm – Hip-hop artist Johnny Jr. (explicit content)

Food and beverage will also be available for purchase including Roti Rolls, Palmetto Brewing craft beer, El Pincho Taco, and Holy City Popcorn.  Guests are encouraged to bring their own chair and are advised to wear shoes at all times.  Friendly dogs are welcome and must be kept on a leash at all times

The original Marsh Jam was scheduled for May 4th, but was canceled due to poor weather.
