Glass Onion Partners with Green Heart Project for June Charity Tasting
The Glass Onion will partner with The Green Heart Project for the restaurant’s June Charity Tasting.
From 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm on Wednesday, June 7th, patrons can try a variety of Summer wines from the state of New York. During the event, Lieb Cellars will pour wines like Bridge Lane Chardonnay, Bridge Lane Rose, and the Lieb Cellars Cabernet Franc. All will be provided by Sour Grapes Wine Distributing.
The tastings will be paired with small bites for $10 per person. Five dollars from every ticket will benefit The Green Heart Project, a community-based volunteer organization that integrates school farms as outdoor classrooms in an effort to teach students the virtues of hard work, respect and success, and reiterate classroom curriculum while connecting students and volunteers to fresh, healthy, locally-grown produce.
