Mount Pleasant Memorial Waterfront Park’s Music & Movies Series Begins Friday

Every Friday this August, the Town of Mount Pleasant will present the Waterfront Music & Movies series at Waterfront Park. The fun starts at 6:30 pm.

Each event is free to attend and includes live music and an outdoor movie with the Ravenel Bridge and Charleston Harbor as the perfect backdrops.  Multiple food trucks and vendors will be onsite during each event.

This year’s schedule is as follows (subject to change):

• August 4th
  • Music: Travis Allison Band
  • Movie: Pitch Perfect 2
  • Food Trucks/Vendors: Miracle’s Tasty Express, Happy Thai Food Truck, Hoba Boba, T&T Kettle Korn, Kona Ice, and Ben & Jerry’s
• August 11th
  • Music: Plane Jane
  • Movie: Princess Bride
  • Food Trucks/Vendors: TBA
• August 18th
  • Music: Folly Pirates Over 40
  • Movie: Mamma Mia
  • Food Trucks/Vendors: TBA
• August 25th
  • Music: All Purpose Remedy
  • Movie: Rogue One: A Star Wars Story
  • Food Trucks/Vendors: TBA
