Sales Tax Free Weekend Begins Friday

This year’s South Carolina Sales Tax Free Weekend will run from Friday, August 4th through Sunday, August 6th.

During that time frame, shoppers will not have to pay taxes on items like clothing, shoes, school supplies, book bags, computers, printers, bedspreads and other “back-to-school” items.
