Where Can I Get Solar Eclipse Glasses in Charleston?!

Hey slackers! I see you waited to the last possible moment to find some solar eclipse glasses. I’m compiling a list of places you can find those precious accessories ahead of Monday’s celestial event.
If you are attending an event, the organizers are likely providing you with eclipse glasses. I recommend contacting them beforehand to be sure.
Ace Hardware (713 Old Trolley Rd, Summerville)- Andrew Pinckney Inn (40 Pinckney Street, Charleston)
- Aussie Outfitters Casual Sole (87 S Market St, Charleston)
Best Buy locations- The Brick (24 Ann Street, Charleston. Starting at 6 pm, spend $10, get a free pair of glasses)
- Carolina Eye (112 Rutledge Ave, Charleston. Closed until Monday)
- Celebrity Styles, 79 (S Market St., Charleston)
- Charleston County Public Library branches (VERY LIMITED, click here for when/where they are available).
- Charleston Eclipse Glasses (stand on Coleman Blvd. in the GDC Home parking lot. Cash recommended)

- College of Charleston Book Store (160 Calhoun St, Charleston. Reports of VERY long lines)
- Cottingham Drive in Mt Pleasant – Someone said they saw a lemonade and eclipse glass stand on Sunday. Lemonade $1, eclipse glasses $5.
East Cooper Medical Center- Folly Road (across from where Cha Cha’s used to be – 1409 Folly Rd, James Island)

Palmettoville on market street has them at non inflated prices… 51 south market street.
