Repticon Rescheduled for October

Published

on

After being rained out by Tropical Storm Irma earlier this month, the slithering snakes and slimy lizards that make up Repticon will return to the Charleston area on October 7th and 8th. The two-day event will be held at the Omar Shrine Center in Mount Pleasant.

Repticon, which first debuted in Charleston back in 2004, is a large reptile and exotic pet show. The convention includes vendors offering reptile pets, supplies, feeders, cages, and merchandise as well as live animal seminars and frequent free raffles for coveted prizes.

The schedule is as follows:

  • Saturday, September 7th: 10 am – 5 pm (VIP Entry at 9 am)
  • Sunday, September 8th: 10 am – 4 pm (No VIP Early Entry)

There are multiple types of tickets, which you can read about and purchase here.

The Omar Shrine Center is located at 176 Patriots Point Street.
