Leftovers: Tidbits from the Food & Bev Community (10/7/17)
I created the “Leftovers” series to ensure I could share as much food and bev news as possible, so here’s the latest:
Mount Pleasant restaurant The Granary announced that Curtis Wilson will take over as executive chef on Monday, October 9th. The Indigo Road alum will replace former executive chef Brannon Florie, who will shift his time and energy to his two other concepts, Pier 41 and On Forty-One.
In support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Shem Creek Bar and Grill will donate $1 from each dessert sold in October to the American Cancer Society. Visit ShemCreekBarandGrill.com, for more info.
- Starting today (10/7/17), the Johns Island Farmers Market will run from 10 am to 2 pm until next summer. Click here for more info.
– - Daniel Island Grille is hosting a Halloween party and costume contest on Saturday, October 28th with live music, drink specials, and prizes for the costume contest winners. A live DJ will kick off the party at 8 pm and guests can enjoy games including bobbing for mini bottles.
