McCrady’s Tavern Launches Revamped Brunch Menu

McCrady’s Tavern recently announced the launch of their revamped weekend brunch menu from Chef Orlando Pagan.

A few of the existing favorites are still available (including the Quiche Lorraine, which you can now add lobster to), but some notable additions include:

  • Preserved Lemon Souffle Pancake, Sorghum Syrup
  • Baked Eggs, Carolina Gold Rice Boudin Noir, Roasted Peppers
  • Croque Madame, Country Ham, Époisses, Mornay Sauce
  • Housemade Yogurt, Puffed Grain Granola, Seasonal Fruit

For the sweet tooth, Pastry Chef Katy Keefe creates a weekly brunch pastry (past features include bear claws, zucchini bread, and doughnuts).

Brunch is offered Saturdays and Sundays between 10:30 am and 2:30 pm.
