Rodney Scott’s BBQ celebrates First Year with Weekly February Funkfest

In honor of its first birthday, Rodney Scott’s BBQ will celebrate with “February Funkfest,” a weekly celebration held each Thursday night in February.

From 5 pm to 8pm, guests can enjoy disco tunes played by Scott himself, dancing, and free whole hog sliders.

According to a press release, Rodney’s love of music “is a driving force behind his soulful food, and he thought this was the perfect way to share that passion with his customers while thanking them for their support during his Charleston debut on upper King St.”
