Mex 1 Hosts their 3rd Annual Brazil Bash on 2/24

On Saturday, February 24th from 8 pm to midnight, Mex 1 Coastal Cantina in West Ashley will be throwing their 3rd annual Brazil Bash.

This celebration will include:

• Live music from a live Brazilian Band and DJ
• Performances of:
  • Capoeira, a form of Brazilian
    Martial Arts
  • Maculele, an Afro-Brazilian Dance played with sticks and machetes
  • Samba dancing
  • A large drum circle

This event serves as a fundraiser for Carioca Capoeira Charleston, a local Capoeira group. For more info on the group, click here.
