CARTA Rolls Out Series of Service Enhancements Beginning Sunday
The Charleston Area Regional Transportation Authority (CARTA) will roll out a series of service enhancements across the system beginning Sunday, February 18th.
“These changes, whether it’s serving a medical center in Mount Pleasant or adding an additional commuter trip for convenience, are coming from conversations with our riders, and we’re responding to those requests,” said CARTA board chairman Mike Seekings. “CARTA’s on-time performance in 2017 was nearly 90 percent, well ahead of national averages, and we want to continue that trend.”
