Glass Onion Celebrates 10th Anniversary by Updating Popular Cookbook

The Glass Onion is celebrating a major milestone in March – their 10th Anniversary. For the occasion, owners Chris and Suzanne Stewart have partnered with food writer and photographer Allston McCrady to update and publish a new version of their popular cookbook – More Glass Onion Classics.

The self-published book features color photography, along with several new recipes and profiles on farmers, purveyors, millers, and fisherman who supply the ingredients showcased on the restaurant’s daily menu.

More Glass Onion Classics is available at the restaurant and on Amazon.

The Stewarts will be signing books and providing samples from the book on: 

• April 8th from noon to 3 pm at the Preservation Society of Charleston (147 King Street)
• April 19th at 5 pm at Blue Bicycle Books (420 King Street)
