The Gadsden Launches Interactive Speaker Series on 3/22
The Gadsden, a new luxury condominium community opening soon in downtown Charleston, is launching “Field Notes,” a speaker series designed to offer participants a true “insiders view” of the Holy City.
Each event in the series will be priced at $5 per person and will include a local expert discussing the city’s history, culture, and future. Ticket sales will be donated to charities.
The first speaker will be Hanna Raskin, food editor and critic of The Post and Courier. She will speak about the Holy City’s culinary scene and sign copies of her book, New Charleston Cuisine, at 5:30 pm on March 22nd at 299 East Bay Street. Guests can purchase tickets here. Proceeds will be donated to GrowFood Carolina.
The Gadsden is the latest project by East West Partners, and will bring 76 luxury 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom condominiums to the Gadsdenboro neighborhood. Prices range from the low $400,000s to $1.3 million. The same company developed Tides IV and One Vendue. You can learn more about the project here.
